The decor screams classic charm with a classy vibe, perfect for soaking in the local atmosphere. Being tucked away in a small piazza adds a nice sense of privacy and character.

Rooms were uncomfortably warm without air conditioning, with windows that let in bugs when opened. Noise levels were high, allowing sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms to intrude, rather common for the area. The bathroom amenities were subpar, with cheap toilet paper and inadequate towels that felt more like tablecloths. Not the most inviting for the price.

Overall had really really nice stay on holidays. The room was pretty nice and decent size with a view when I arrived. I had central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen TV in the room. Hotel's location was amazing and stunning, close to everything.

We didn't have time, so that's why we would not hesitate to return there. The place was fairly clean with extremely friendly staff members. The food was freshly made, had variety of options.

Request a room with a view. The canal-side atmosphere adds an enchanting touch to your stay.

Good location, an easy walk to everywhere. Again, walking distance to a grand showpiece square. The rooms with a balcony overlooking the waterway where gondola tours pass by.

The hotel is charmingly located, but the musty smell was an absolute dealbreaker, not what I expected. Uncomfortable pillows and not even a breakfast as advertised? Really? I almost thought of leaving a good review, but I expected a complimentary gesture for these inconveniences and got nothing instead. Just sad.

Location: the hotel was next to the canal that runs behind the restaurant, the restaurant downstairs and all attractions. And it's within easy walking distance of La Colonna, ate there once or twice;))

The hotel boasts a perfect location near San Marco, but the shower had mold and amenities were lacking.

The room was bigger than we expected.

The stay was wonderful, with clean and comfortable rooms that made me feel right at home. I loved unwinding by the beautiful courtyard and having a relaxing coffee on the terrace. The only downside was the hallways could be a bit noisy during the night, but that didn't take away from the great experience overall. 🌟

The location was perfect, just a short walk to San Marco Square. Our Standard Double Room had air conditioning, a tv, and a minibar. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast area had a lovely view of the canal. Staff was very helpful. Highly recommend this spot!

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to St Mark's Square. Our triple room was spacious, with a fantastic view of the charming streets of Venice (such beautiful buildings!). The breakfast area had a lovely canal view too!
